Hi! I'm Duru, an 18-year-old from Istanbul working at the intersection of unconventional computing, entrepreneurship, and physics. I am currently in my senior year at Saint Benoît French High School. My work ranges from bio-inspired algorithms to quantum computing—basically, I'm fascinated by computation that doesn't follow classical rules.

I founded Quanta to make quantum computing accessible to young students across Turkey. I also led my school's FRC robotics team as captain, earning recognition as a Dean's List Award Finalist, and I completed the Pioneer Academics Quantum Computing Program.

Right now, I'm developing BioSense—a start-up project that uses slime mold algorithms to improve early earthquake warning systems. ​
